At SwitchGadgets we stand behind every single product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will do everything in our power to make it right. No drama. No runaround. Just honest and straightforward service the way it should be.
30 Day Return Policy
We offer a 30 day return window on all orders. If 30 days have passed since your purchase unfortunately we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return your item must be:
- ✅ In the same condition you received it
- ✅ Unused and in original packaging
- ✅ Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number
- ✅ Returned within 30 days of delivery
How to Start a Return
Starting a return with SwitchGadgets is simple and stress free. Here is how:
Step 1 — Email us at scubeenterprisesllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
Step 2 — Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a return authorization number
Step 3 — Pack your item securely in its original packaging and include your order number inside the box
Step 4 — Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
Step 5 — Once we receive and inspect your return we will process your refund or exchange within 3 to 5 business days
Refund Options
Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you via email. You will then have the following options:
Full Refund Your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
Store Credit Prefer store credit? We will issue you a SwitchGadgets store credit for the full purchase amount plus an additional 10% as a thank you for your patience. Store credit never expires.
Exchange Want a different product instead? We will arrange an exchange for any item of equal or greater value. If the new item costs more you simply pay the difference.
Non Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons the following items cannot be returned:
- ❌ Earbuds or audio products that have been used or removed from sealed packaging
- ❌ Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
- ❌ Products with missing serial numbers or tampered labels
- ❌ Gift cards or store credits
- ❌ Items marked as final sale at time of purchase
Damaged or Defective Items
Received something that arrived damaged or defective? We are so sorry and we will fix it immediately.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at scubeenterprisesllc@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer. You will not be asked to ship the item back in cases of damage or defect. We trust you completely.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at scubeenterprisesllc@gmail.com. We will:
- Send you the correct item immediately at no extra cost
- Arrange free collection of the wrong item
- Ensure your correct order arrives as fast as possible
This one is entirely on us and we will sort it out without question.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is our fault — damaged item, wrong item, defective product — we cover 100% of the return shipping cost. No questions asked.
If you changed your mind — return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet please follow these steps:
Step 1 — Check your bank account again
Step 2 — Contact your credit card company as it may take several business days to process
Step 3 — Contact your bank as processing times vary between institutions
Step 4 — If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund please contact us at scubeenterprisesllc@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately
Sale Items
Regular priced items are eligible for a full refund. Sale items are eligible for store credit only unless the item arrives damaged or defective in which case a full refund will be issued.
Gifts
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you as the recipient you will receive store credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received a store credit code will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product please email us at scubeenterprisesllc@gmail.com and we will arrange this immediately at no extra cost to you.
